That's just it, they know exactly what they're doing! Just another asset stripping takeover and centralisation of power. No morals.

    Per today's Telegraph;-
Helmut Kohl, Germany's former chancellor, has admitted that he acted like a "dictator" to bring in the single currency to the country, otherwise he "would have lost" had he held a referendum.

I Think you might be right Ryluer.
A German leader ( fuhrer in German) mentioning "dictator" and avoiding the democratic process by avoiding a referendum where he could predict the outcome is a bit unsettling to say the least.

However the Greeks have voted against the latest bailout and even the IMF admit that Greece's debts are just not repayable. Further austerity will just reduce the GDP even further and make their ability to repay less tenable. Greece is bankrupt.

    ERROR:oops:
Greeks have voted for bailout package.
So what will happen now. We might be in for a Greek invasion next. :)

Not sure the Greek people voted for it, more like the government were forced into it by Germany, this is exactly where Germany wants Greece under its total control, won't be long before its Spain, Ireland, Portugal, Italy Etc, etc.

I suppose the people who voted for the Syriza Party are pretty p****d off right now.
There will be more civil unrest. They will loose holiday makers because of it. GDP will continue to fall.
The young will flee the country.
And they will default again at some stage.

  6. For pity's sakes, Phil. Please try a balanced post...

Germany didn't create Greece's woes. Only the lazy, corrupt and spoilt Greeks did.

You really think Germany wants this situation?! What an utterly ludicrous, unsubstantiated assertion. Just complete nuts.

Sorry, Phil - saying things like that give your arguments no credibility. Throwing cynical assertions around at random is not the same as having a valid point to make.

    Good grief...

Please excuse me if I appear naïve but why should Phil try a balanced post?
    He is not the BBC.

    Rigged already.
The "stay in" campaign for the coming referendum on eu membership will receive 50% more funding.
And government ministers who favour getting out are told to put a sock in it or else.

Its a shame the government cannot agree on a balance. Just one sided europhile propaganda that the sheeple will absorb.

Of course its rigged. Do you really think DC is going to oversee us coming out of the EU?

Does anybody seriously believe our Government could govern the country if it wasn't in the EU. It would be like a rudderless. powerless ship in a cyclone. Even if you agree with their policies none of them work. Reduction of welfare spending and ever encroaching digital systems to name just two. OK its all broke but trying to fix it at this stage is just as waste of more money especially as we are on the verge of WW3 with ISIS.

It might be rigged but that won't gurantee the outcome at the end of the day. Do you really think DC has no contingency plans for a "get out" vote?
(Apart from doing a muagbe and rigging the actual vote.)
