Terms and Conditions Screwfix Live 2020 - Free Prize Draw



No purchase required, one entry per person per day permitted.


The Prize Draw is open during the Screwfix Live 2020 event from 00.01 – 23.59 2nd October 2020.


Entry and participation is free. To enter the prize draw, fill out the form on the Screwfix Live event page

to be entered into a Prize Draw during the Promotional Period.


The winner will then be selected at random by the Promotor at random, upon the Prize Draw closing, from all correct entries

The prize (“Prize”) is a Evolution Tool Bundle. Contents are:

· R255SMS - EVOLUTION 255mm SLIDING MITRE SAW 230v – (SKU 1062X)

· PLUS EXTRA EVOLUTION SAW BLADE 255mm X 25.4MM 28T (SKU 65166)

· EVOLUTION CIRCULAR SAW WITH 1020mm TRACK - R185CCSX 230v – (SKU 228FX)

· PLUS EXTRA EVOLUTION CIRCULAR SAW BLADE 185 X 20MM 20T (SKU 31656)


The winners will be notified on or after 5th October 2020 to arrange collection or delivery of the Prize. If the Promotor cannot contact the winner or the winner does not collect the Prize by the 12th October 2020 then this may result in forfeiture of the Prize and the Promotor reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.


The Prize Draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years old and over, except for employees of Screwfix and their immediate families. No cash, gift card or credit alternative is available, and the Prize is non-transferable or exchangeable. In the event that the Prize becomes unavailable, the Promotor reserves the right to substitute an alternative Prize of equal value or greater value.


Late, illegible, offensive or incomplete entries will be disqualified, and the Promotor reserves the right (at their sole discretion) to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the operation of the Prize Draw, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promotor to be disruptive or in violation of the Terms and Conditions. The Promotor accepts no responsibility for lost interrupted or unavailable network service or other connections and disqualified entries. The decision of the Promotor will be final and unchallengeable, and in their absolute discretion, they may declare void any entry or the Prize Draw itself.


The Promoter may, with the winner’s consent, publish the winner’s first name and hometown or county, photographs and footage of the winner with the Prize in future editions of its publications, social media pages and its websites.


To the full extent permissible by law, neither the Promotor nor their parent company, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents shall be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, (including without limitation special, indirect or consequential losses), or injuries of any kind whatsoever, as a result of taking up the Prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promotor, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. Entry into the Prize Draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.


The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the Prize Draw and for no other purpose. Your personal details will at all times be kept in accordance with the Screwfix Privacy Policy available at www.screwfix.com. This Prize Draw is governed by English law.
