I hammer drilled through several layers of concrete, digging out soft sandy stuff to try and reveal my original cellar entrance. I came across a terracotta pipe running under the house (no damage to the pipe). So I need to refill this hole, can I pour back in the original concrete bits and then pour fresh concrete over the top to level out?
