Years of leak found recently under the laminated floor. Part of them rotten and can't be used. I am trying to find all the layers above the concrete floor. This is my first attempt.

    Layer-3.a : Swan treaded timber : https://www.wickes.co.uk/Wickes-Treated-Sawn-Timber---19-x-38-x-1800mm/p/235009 - Am I correct?
Layer-3.b : Polystyrene ?? - Please help with the name
Layer-4 : Floor Board ?? - Please help with the name
    Layer-5 : Flooring Underlay - Am I correct?

Looks like someone’s laid a floating floor over the top of concrete...including the old carpet!

It doesn't look like carpet. I see some yellowish rubber / plastic bottom of the material (My door mat also have the yellowish bit). I am not tradesperson, so not sure carpet comes with yellowish rubber / plastic.
