Its all very simple, you take the percentage of the fish and the other ingrediants. Add them together the deduct the bones from the right hand fillett of the fish and divide that by 7.7876543 you then have the correct percentage. At least thats the way I have been doing it for years

similar but divide the bones in the left hand side fillet and use the dividing number 6.7876543 as there are less bones in the right hand side filet in cod.
