    Hi
I am planning a 5.5ft free standing wall 13 metres long at the end of my garden. I’ll make it from concrete blocks (440mm x 100mm x 215mm). If the thickness of the wall is 215mm I am thinking it migbt not need any piers for stability ..?

I only build low walls to put fencing on but I beleive at that height it needs to be
designed , and at that length piers start, finish and middle are needed.
