    Hi. When I go to sf website I get a small box on screen saying page cannot be loaded please try again later in GERMAN. Any ideas why. Thanks

    Just a thought, but if you are near the coast and using a mobile device it could be logging on to a European signal.

    Used to happen a lot on the android app

    Live in cheshire so not near the coast. It won't let me in the app at all now. My phone is a samsung galaxy s5.

    Probably due to some EU directive from Herr Merkel, that all electronic communications from now on will only be in the universal language of der Fatherland. :p:p:p:p:p:p:p

    That is a strange one and I have not heard of that before.

    We do have a German website http://www.screwfix.de/ but I'm sure you would have noticed the different URL and the very different design.

    Can you attach a screenshot so I can get this investigated in the morning.

    Ah so it was using app, sorry for another couple of questions. What app are you using? and does that message appear when you start the app?

    Hi. Using the shopping app and yes when I try to open it the box appears and the app won't open

    Hi Peter,

    A lot of the technical error messages that appear are in German.

    I guess the software was written out there based on another app and they haven't quite translated everything.
