Hi. When I go to sf website I get a small box on screen saying page cannot be loaded please try again later in GERMAN. Any ideas why. Thanks

Just a thought, but if you are near the coast and using a mobile device it could be logging on to a European signal.

Probably due to some EU directive from Herr Merkel, that all electronic communications from now on will only be in the universal language of der Fatherland. :p:p:p:p:p:p:p

    Hi @Gary1240

That is a strange one and I have not heard of that before.

We do have a German website http://www.screwfix.de/ but I'm sure you would have noticed the different URL and the very different design.

Can you attach a screenshot so I can get this investigated in the morning.

    Thanks

    Peter

    Hi Peter,

A lot of the technical error messages that appear are in German.

I guess the software was written out there based on another app and they haven't quite translated everything.
