    Hi guys
Next week I am insulating my conservatory with superquilt and plasterboard (on the sides) and superquilt and soffits on the roof.

The superquilt will have an air gap either side being sandwiched between plasterboard and window, and I was just wondering if it is worth putting anything on the inside of the windows?

Both sides of the conservatory meet the walled houses of our neighbours, so would there be any benefit to adding maybe some bubble wrap to each pane of glass, or even tin foil?
