As long as there enough people who want to believe - who will hear selectively, who will refuse to use any critical faculties they may possess, we will have these undeserved individuals in power.
I'm shocked, DA.
It's uncanny for you of all people to shine such a light on the, EU.

As always, the people who put themselves forward - like Mogg, Farage, Hitler, Trump - aren't the problem. In a rational world these folk should be laughed out on to the streets where they belong.

But, alas, there are enough uncritical morons to soak it all up.

It's also why there are religious cults, regardless of how patently phony they appears to others.

As long as there enough people who want to believe - who will hear selectively, who will refuse to use any critical faculties they may possess, we will have these undeserved individuals in power.

It is astonishing.

Had to slip Hitler in didn't you.

Mogg? Very intelligent, but not streetwise at all.

You might expect that he would think a 'skateboard' to be a group of men discussing fishing rights.

Notice also the emphasis!

Mr. HandyAndy - Really

Intelligence is very difficult to define.

Well educated? Almost certainly. Intelligent? Difficult, a lot of that is subjective and opinionated.

I don't think any amount of subjective opinion could detract from the fact that, DA is a completely bigoted, racist moron.

The circumstances are unkind I must admit, but hey....
It is what it is.

Purely his politics and establishment leanings. The very thing you apparantly didnt want.

His reasononings are very grounded in wealth for the wealthy and his business interests, not that of those he says he wants to protect.

Absolutely Jack, whereas on the remain side, we can listen to 'poor people' like Gina Miller, Bob Geldof, Richard Branson, Bono and little Lily Allen. none of whom are grounded in wealth, none of whom dodge tax, and all desperately, desperately want to stay in the EU.

I've got to ask Jack, are you mental?

I've got to ask Jack, are you mental?
That's a matter of opinion.
Although psychotic behaviour is widely agreed to be up there on the mental disorder spectrum, I do hear rumours (voices) that it's largely subjective.

The voices tell me you are correct.

I dont want to go back to the days of doffing my cap to the landed gentry as they pass me.

The landed gentry wont care if you doff your cap or not, but if you vote leave, they'll stick two fingers up at you.

As much as it pains me to watch the UK descend metaphorically, financially, standards and everything else, I actually cant wait until brexit has happened and the situation dawns on those who end up with something totally different to what they wanted, and were promised.

I can't wait until it happens, but you and DA will still not accept it, you'll find some obscure reason for us being worse off, and most of the nation will be laughing at you, and DA, and Gina Miller and Bob Geldoff, oh how we'll laugh.

Saturdays press must have been a bummer for you guys, Brexit going well, we've lost, oh my word, lets blitz the screwfix forum bigtime.

Do you not see any similarities ?

In the list, listed, no can you???

I thought Hitler wanted the over run Europe and be its sole leader, now correct me if I'm wrong but that role isn't being portrayed by any body who wants the leave the EU, in fact that's one of the reasons we want to leave.

And that gentlemen is the beauty of democracy, today, hitler didn't manage to win the election, and is struggling to cobble together a coalition.

Do you not see any similarities ?
Not really, Hitler didn't particularly like immigrants, jews and gypsies. (didn't much care for Polish, Belgian, Dutch, French and all them other countries he invaded either) ;);)

DA, do you not think this might be what Gove was alluding to? I honestly thought he was alluding to a GE sooner than later. After all he did say it was up to the voters to change Brexit. (or did you think he meant the 600 odd members of the HoP that have to vote on Brexit? )
You seriously think the EU would accept what is presently on the table if we had a GE and another bunch took control? Would they **** as like. They'd tell us it was back to the negotiating table quicker than the fastest thing on the planet.

No, Gove was suggesting that if the achieved 'Brexit' is not what the Brexit voters 'wanted' (even tho' the voters never actually articulate what that was) - ie the Brexit isn't 'HARD' enough - then the country - under his stewardship - could demand more.

A cynical attempt at throwing his hat in to the future.

Fortunately the chances of Govie ever being supported by his fellow Tory MPs is hugely remote.
