Help design kitchen waste system

So I’m about to fit a new kitchen in my flat I just need to know if the system I have in mind will work so I’m here for HELP!!! I’ve made a sketch so you might understand my intentions and what I’m wondering is:
Will it work? Is ok to have 2 p traps in one line? If this is garbage what should I do without having everything under the sink? Many thanks in advance

Because I’m trying to keep most things behind the cabinets (although I have access to it) and save space for a small pull out bin under the sink that’s why I also chosen the shallowest trap I could find

Have a good look at the LIRA Spazio ranges https://lira.com/index.php/en/products/kitchen/traps/spazio-traps. They can be set up to take all the wastes to the back of the cabinet and are very flexible.

Much the same - I just prefer Lira to McAlpine for kitchen sinks.
