recent spent over a week laying these porcelain 20mm tiles myself . Was graft but worth it and a day later this is now happening and it’s really difficult to get off .

really didn’t anticipate this . Any suggestions or help ?

I could clean it off with whatever you recommend but short of chopping the tree down I don’t know what to do. I could chop the smaller tree down which is in my garden but my next door neighbours is huge that’s an issue

please constructive help would be appreciated

Have you sealed it? As porcelain is quite porous, it will easily stain.

Porcelain isn’t porous is it that’s the point of it I was told these aren’t and don’t need sealing

As you say, porcelain is virtually impervious but the surface itself will be slightly porous due to its texture, you can see the water has been absorbed on one of your photos.
A sealer should help make it easier to clean but not sure if you can prevent the staining.
