Help with Bathroom extractor fan

Hi any idea where I've gone wrong. I've swapped the transformer out and connected wires up same as old one was and connected the fan up with matching wires

Get an electrician involved to fit a new controller you have managed to destroy the enclosure of that one.

Had to trim the plastic on the side so wire would fit flush

Yes, trimmed with an axe

Just to confirm I'm an idiot, I had set it up correctly just forgot to turn the isolator on

Working fine now thanks for advice everyone
