Hello, my Baxi Neta-Tec Combi boiler has been leaking the last 6 months and dropping to zero PSI ever 3/4 days. I recently had a safety inspection and the note left on the Landlord Gas Safety Record said: "Boiler is leaking on ma if.of see photos" (no photo provided to me) My landlord lives across the country and getting anything done by them is a bit of a nightmare, so considering just getting in a gas safe engineer to come and fix is at my own expense, but curious what the "ma if.of" means and if it gives any clue to the size of the job? Thanks for taking the time to read!
Hi, Not an expert on this or a plumber but having experience with having this boiler in my house. The engineer most likely wrote manifold and would be refering to the diverter manifold. This has been a very common issue for me. From personal experience contact the landlord as there could be a warranty on the boiler. Baxi repaired mine twice. I hope this helps
