Where is a good place to get hi viz t-shirts from that don't cost the earth? We are getting a bit of hassle from the H&S Hitlers that infest sites nowadays. I wont wear a hi viz vest because a. its just too hot and b. they get caught round everything and I don't fancy breaking my neck whilst I'm in a dark loft somewhere.

Main stipulations are not too dear and that you don't sweat your ******** off in them.

Can highly recommend JKL Clothing, use them for workware, polo shirts,T shirts, etc, they do a long a long sleeve hi viz T shirt, great for lofts, where you got itchy insulation & casual clothing, like their poplin cotton shirts.

It amuses me as to why we need hi-viz. They were invented chiefly for workers on roads where it was necessary for workers to be seen. Its just something that has carried over in to our every day thou shalt wear items. H&S is no longer about that its anti law suit gear. Insurance companies look for any excuse not t pay out when injured so we have to wear the stuff unnecessarily to satisfy them. I hate H&S Officers, they seem to think they rule the world.

To be fair someone came up with the point that if you were caught up in a fire you would be found more easily in a high viz. Probably still dead though.

Roofers wearing HiViz, unless they fall on you it's not an issue.
