How do I adjust this type of hinge?

Hi there, my left hand side french door seems to come away slightly from the top, and so I have to lift it up on the middle edge while shutting to get it cleanly over the threshold. The gap between the door and frame is wider at the top than bottom so I thought maybe I need to adjust the hinges, but they look quite complicated. Is anyone familiar with this type and can advise? Any help much appreciated!
    Cheers,
    Dave.

Allen key at these points (RED DOTS) possibly a 5 or 6mm key.

As you turn the key you will see movement you then can work out what way to turn the relevent adjuster.
