How do you reckon the former Great Britain is now viewed by the world?

A poor attempt at deflection, facilities - but completely in character.

..... and you remind me of a nobody (which pretty well sums up the interest I take in your nonsensical replies).

Of course I'll reply to a post that is nothing other than deflection - it needs to be pointed out.

But it's very confusing when the 'clique members' seem to decide someone needs attacking - because they know they are unable to debate in anything other than a childish manner.

Very boring, but understandable when one realises they are stuck for genuine intelligent responses

    Quick recap:
    They ruled yesterday: http://curia.europa.eu/juris/liste.jsf?num=T-458/17
To quote from paragraph 56 of the ruling (underlining is mine): It is clear from the wording of Article 50 TEU that the possibility for a Member State to withdraw from the Union is based on a unilateral decision by that Member State pursuant to its own constitutional requirements. Article 50(1) TEU thus provides that a Member State may ‘decide’ to withdraw from the EU. Article 50(2) TEU also states that the Member State ‘decides’ to withdraw from the EU and is to notify the European Council of its intention to withdraw from the Union, not to make a request to withdraw.

    It turns out that:
    • I'm still not a prophet,
    • nor an experienced lawyer on EU matters.
    • But I can read.
    • So can the EU judges.
