Never seen those before. Would imagine undo said Allen key and lift off

As you can see from link and probably your photo, hinge is secured to door and cabinet by a threaded stud that is knocked into a pilot hole
Slacken off grub screw which secures both parts and lift door upwards

Several of this type of hinge, some more decorative than others, some don’t have the grub screw and simply lift off
Removing the actual hinge would be a little more tricky but removing the door, for a man with your experience should take all of, what ...... 30 seconds

A cheaper version then!Came outwards. Grub screw held a bar fixed in door edge. Didn't lift off..
