    Hi all,

Probably a dumb question, forgive me if so. We need to increase the pressure due to a radiator bleed, after looking for instructions online, it states you need to switch off the boiler before using the filling loop, and while using the filling loop, to keep an eye out on the pressure. But our boiler has a digital display that shows the pressure, so if switched off there's no display of the pressure, so we won't know how much the pressure it's increasing by when we fill it. Is it safe to fill with the boiler turned on? The heating will be off and allowed to cool.

    Thanks in advance

It’s safe to do with the boiler turned on but there really should be a display on the boiler at all times especially with modern boilers.
