How to tighten this type of tap head?

Hi all

My tap head has come loose - looks like there's a star shaped grip to the base; how do I tighten this up?

Took the lip off the top and there's no screw to tighten - it's just a threaded hole?!

Any ideas please?

Thanks
Ross

Thanks... that's bad. Any way to repair?? Superglue?

Here's a photo of the other's interior, no screw visible but looks like it's joined/welded...?

You must use a wrench with an adjusting lever. This tool allows you to tighten the handle, holding it in place as you rotate it. Try finding a wrench with an adjustment lever in a store or online. After tightening, check for any gaps between the handle and the faucet base to ensure a secure fit.
Are you an Ai bot? That answer makes no sense whatsoever!

The threaded rod and the spline would counteract against each other so I think they're not related.

Is there a grub screw under the lever of the tap head. Unscrew that and look inside.

Edit: It might even be the handle/lever itself that just needs tightening.
