When it rains bumpt the tent roof to knock the drops off![]()
OMG I cant even see it, thats pretty good but how do you find it once you leave the tent and return to it?
Dont think that is for me Alan, I would be worried nobody knew I was there and ran me over in their car, something a bit more visible is what I was really thinking. You have to keep the instructions on you at all times.
You need Indy as pillion riderWell you are the expert on this subject, camp Barry

Your experience to me is invaluable, I am a seasoned motorcycle traveler but I have always stopped in hotels and B&Bs but fancy trying out camping to save money, the way I see it is the more I can save on hotels is more fuel in my bike and more money for eating out.I do envy you unfortunately I'm too old for that sort of travel now but loved it at the time.
First trip was overland on the Magic bus to Goa India in the 70s.
Which way round are you going mate? I did North to West which we found the best as the West coast gets really stunning scenery and gets better and better. Wasnt impressed with the North Coast as it was ok but much better on the West coastI am doing NC 500 next week on my bike.

I am not much of a cook like that to be honest. I much prefer to be more civilised in a restaraunt (five star) of course. Will you not be surviving on road kill cooked over an open fire?
