"if we didn't have rules, where would we be?"

    France is clearly the obvious answer :)

    but rather than suggesting that is a bad thing, i would suggest that with less rules we might all be happier and get jobs done like they used to be (and before anyone suggest the old days were ****, some houses they built back then are still standing I hear....)

    the friggin red tape around these days for just about anything. health and safety this, part p the other - Jesus!

    France is actually a very nice country.

    It has the same countryside as England in the North and Central areas, and gorgeous Mediterranean countryside in the South. But it does contain Paris (a horrible place) and it is full of French *
