Inspecting beneath a Block and Beam Floor.

I would like to inspect the drainage pipes that have been placed beneath a new block and beam floor for an extension.

The blocks have been brushed with a thin layer of cement paste to close the cracks between blocks. Is it possible to lift the blocks up and if so how can this be done.

Its a bit late in the day now. The pipes should have been laid to falls and tested before closing up.
You could put a camera down the pipes?
You can lift blocks but it might involve destroying them.

Thanks for your comment. I thought that if one block was destroyed, this would create a hole to insert a hydraulic jack and push adjacent blocks out.
