Installing 12V halogens under loft insulation

    I'm in the process of installing a set of 12V halogen lamps in an upstairs ceiling. As the house is new it has a good 30cm of loft insulation.

    What is the recommended/required approach to stop the insulation sitting on the back of the lamp fitting and the whole thing getting too warm?
