Installing 2 nd electric shower

    Before i go ahead and install a 10mm cable can you please advise me if I can run a second electric shower from the same main board using a seperate 10 mm cable and 40 amp mcb without overloading it .There is already a 40 amp circuit for the 1st shower plus 2 ring main 30 amp, 2 lighting 6 amp, cooker circuit 30 amp , water heater 15 amp.

    John,
    It depends on the capacity of your supply/CU. Most domestic supplies are 100A so I would check it. Sounds like your at the limit already. When calculating the required supply take into account diversity.
