Do you want (are you able?) to explain these obstacles? I believe every 1 of them has arisen because of our unpreparedness for leaving the eu (it was always explained it would be simple), and not 1 of them has arisen as a way of keepin us in. But I am sure you can support your statement. I hope so, because it looks like frustration showing at how you were misled over how easy it would be to leave. As i said before. That sounds like frustration at how simple the exit from the eu isnt simple. Those 3 things were all in 1 package of discussion, not seperated.
There's no need to go into attack mode, DA. You could have just said "I don't know". Or, "I'm not sure". Or. "I don't know how these things work in practice but if I can latch onto the chance of stopping brexit, I will". Cos hope, no matter how vain, is still hope.
The ROI and NI don't want a hard border, so let's leave it as it is. If the, EU want otherwise then that's up to them, but I don't think the ROI would agree to the terms.
