932408B6-75CB-45C8-99A4-71C90FEFAEC6.jpeg Since had a bit of wash down - not entirely intentionally. One of the nails holding the floor to the copper pipes gave way.

Some pretty ropey water in your area - it has eaten the cupboard floor away!

Probably a badly routed condense pipe from the boiler. Acid corrosion and all that

robertpstubbs, I suppose you don't need anyone to tell you, but.
    That whole floor needs lifting.
Inspect & replace joists as ness.
Inspect & replace any water pipes & electrical wiring as ness.
    Replace floor.
Adjust the door hinges. (credit here must go to (candoabitofmoststuff)

Its a joke, a wind up, a bit of fun, a little tickle to celebrate the forum returning ......?

    Surely  ?

If not ......... the suggested leak is the least of your problems

Without them being fitted to a door, how can anyone say they need adjusting? The door they cam off might have been perfectly aligned.

They can fall down on their own.
Its only the sockets & wires holding them up!!!o_O

And chisel off the plaster before lifting the floor.
