What is going on there!
All that carp and no floor!
Well ventilation is not a problem!
And the door hinges need adjusting!
we really do need a bit more information! I would say probably not because the potatoes are not growing, but you may have a big mouse problem.
Could be a very tidy Rat or other. Nice neat pile....
Ah did the plumber use the correct washer on the U bend?
Since had a bit of wash down - not entirely intentionally. One of the nails holding the floor to the copper pipes gave way.
Some pretty ropey water in your area - it has eaten the cupboard floor away!
Probably a badly routed condense pipe from the boiler. Acid corrosion and all that
robertpstubbs, I suppose you don't need anyone to tell you, but.
That whole floor needs lifting.
Inspect & replace joists as ness.
Inspect & replace any water pipes & electrical wiring as ness.
Adjust the door hinges. (credit here must go to (candoabitofmoststuff)
How can you know? they are hanging loose.
He didnt say they were hanging loose.
He said..And the door hinges need adjusting!
Its a joke, a wind up, a bit of fun, a little tickle to celebrate the forum returning ......?
If not ......... the suggested leak is the least of your problems
Without them being fitted to a door, how can anyone say they need adjusting? The door they cam off might have been perfectly aligned.
What about the walls?
After effects of a post vindaloo gut explosion?
And what would B-A-S say about the electrics?
They can fall down on their own.
Its only the sockets & wires holding them up!!!
And chisel off the plaster before lifting the floor.
I wonder what the cable with the red tape is for.
