well just to let you know, i actually made my mind up and bought a 24v sds drill today at 16:04 bst. i decided on the makita as it has chisseling with no adaptor. got it home and put batteries straight on charge. now..... i have a slight leak in the roof of my garage and i have a bucket collecting water next to my chest freezer...ahem! now...yes can you see where this is going? as i pulled the 3.3ah battery out of the case, numbnuts hear started an uncontrolable juggling spasm which resulted in battery falling in water. you didnt see that one coming did you? anyway after some frantic searching for a small starhead driver i managed to pull the pack apart and dry it out with mrs.sids hairdryer. i have just put it on a full charge and thank god it is ok. drill is fu**ing smart!!!!!! my garage wall looks like its got acne though
lol, i know what you mean i got myself a little morticer the other day and now have a shed full of offcuts with square holes in em. well you've gotta av a play aint ya.
good man sid, make an impact driver your next buy. can you not use a spade to plug the hole in the roof?
LMAO ive just ordered a rubber strip i wouldnt get much use out of an impact deriver. since i got my passy i nail everything
good man sid, make an impact driver your next buy. can you not use a spade to plug the hole in the roof? naah that's a job for the waterproof rubber strip really
Sid next time its raining, stand over the hole with a very strong magnet, see if the rain is magnetic first (probably not) squirt some WD40 into hole to make the rain loose, now get a hoover and suck the rain back out, you might have to make a seal with your hand.
Only two cuts mind you.........................................................................................................................................................................or 3?
