    Hi all
I am bolting wood into the webbing of my rsj to nail speedy hangers to - do i need a piece of wood on top of the beam as well to nail the hangers into when i bend them over? if so, whats the best way to fix it? - or will it be held OK by the hangers as they're on both sides. There will also be a block wall built on top if that makes a difference.
    Thanks for any advice
    Jon
