Magnet charge in excess of £100 retail for some of
their high gloss endpanels so he is probably charging
you full whack.

Without knowing the quality of that make its hard to
say if he is overcharging you. I'm doing a fit in a
couple of weeks price includes integrated fridge,
undermount sinks, two dishwashers all plumbing,
electrics and tiling already done and it comes out at
£50k and the AGA is on top of that.

50k, I can well belive it if the units are bespoke and the kitchen very big.

 

Well for £50k and at my normal published prices (i.e. no discount) you'd get 369 colour matched 600mm base units with real oak door + Blum soft close or 518 of the same at trade prices. But to be fair if you bought that many I might stretch to a discount

 

Boff you are obviously not charging enough for your units.

The £50K covers 17 base units and 5 wall units. They are all face frames with cock beading and butt hinges, solid wood poplar/maple and will be painted (sprayed). Draws are dovetailed oak with softclose blum tandem runners.

5 of the units make up a 1400x2100 island and there is also a 2000x900 peninsular that covers a further 6 units. All will be topped of with 30mm granit with a mitre cut front edge and 60mm downstand so the granit will look 60mm thick. All worktops are 700mm wide except for two breakfronts where it comes out to 800mm.

Also a bespoke mantle over the 4 oven aga(aga not in price), two miele dishwashers, neff fridge, villeroy & bosch undermount sinks and Blanco taps

My prices are set at what I think is a fair price and obviously makes sure that I make enough on each sale. It's good quality stuff as well and I'm happy to sell it at that price - if others want to charge ridiculous amounts then that's their perogative
