When it come to dimensions, the Howdens manual is so full of mistakes it is a joke. To take just one example, drawer-in-drawers will not work with the given dimensions as the Howdens designer does not realise the plastic flap handle sticks out both in front & above the drawer line. Their pre-built cabinets were all wider than tolerance, leaving us very tight at the end of the run. Howdens offered replacements, which were also out of tolerance.
Indeed. Currently fitting a Homebase kitchen. Larder carcass is identical for 600 and 500mm options. Manual tells you to cut back panel to 278mm in width if building as a 500mm. I wonder how many people have done that and wondered why they have a 200mm wide hole in the back of their larder.
