Kitchen Sink Cabinet with water and drainage

Hi
We've ordered a new kitchen sink cabinet with stainless sink. We've also ordered some side cabinets. Probably a simple question, but what horizontal height (from floor) should the hot, cold copper pipe supply pipes be?; plus the upstand height for white plastic drainage outlet pipe?. Must be a standard layout to suit kitchen sink and it's cabinet etc.
Thanks

No standard layout or measurements nope - it all depends on ,,,,, various really !

Many taps are now supplied with flexi hose connectors - not all, but a lot are. So, depends on length of flexis supplied, around 300mm is common but again, loads sizes available

So if connecting tap via flexis, best to see where these sit without tight bends or excess hose then make connections onto copper

If using rigid copper for hot/cold direct to tap, then that’s it basically, height is to base of tap tails plus tap connector

As for waste, again, depending on what’s supplied with sink, these all vary in design and measurement, some being height adjustable / telescopic

Are the hot/cold supplies already in place along with drainage ? If so, it’s all easy to re-jig supplies to fit, wether using soldered copper, push fit, compression or solvent weld (for waste)

Are you fitting yourself or getting a chap in ?

Yes I'm doing myself with some help from friend whose ok with copper jointing. Don't have new sink here so wanted to prepare pipes before arrives

I'm just assuming similar to a new house build. In a new house they would fit horizontal hot and cold pipes at a HEIGHT. They would fit plastic drain upstant to a HEIGHT then the final sink unit etc (maybe to buyers spec) all joined up later. Surely there's an advice somewhere diagram ref heights?.

Not sure why you are so worried about it,as DIYDave said above, 300mm flexis so I guess the pipe height will be about 250 from the existing tap height. You would be better to place the waste when you see what trap size etc that you are using. It is a simple job to work back from there including drilling the hole through the cabinet at the right place.

So about 250mm from pipes height to where the tap meets sink?. Yes as you say, the drainage height could be accommodated more easily. Thankyou.
