Kitchen Sink Waste + 3 Appliances

Looking to replace the bodged plumbing here and wondering if there's a better way to deal with the three appliance outlets (dishwasher, washing machine and boiler condenser outlet) than plugging them all above the trap.
Was thinking about extending waste pipe (on right, connected with boot) and then coming off of there seperately for sink and appliances? There's currently a non-return on the dishwasher as looks like this was backfilling from sink/washing machine but this gets blocked occasionally by food waste. Also waste outlet to wall is 2ft from ground and can't be changed.
Overall it's a complete mess + there must be a better way? Thanks in advance.
