Hi
I have moved into a house and looking for advice on kitchen window sill and how to fix it.
I previously had tiles on the window sill however the grout started to crack and the tiles started to lift.
we have taken everything off back to brick and it is a bit damp, need some advice on how to sort it out and make it a dry area to be able to tile. I have attached some pictures below, can anyone help on what needs to be done step by step to stop this problem happening again with the tiles
