Knock through kitchen dinner

I am currently looking at properties and have found one that i like, however, the kitchen is very small. I would like to knock through the wall from kitchen to dinning area and block the lounge off (floor plan below).
The cooker/ sink are on the right wall so gas/ water nor radiator would need moving but I would like a rough idea of cost as this would effect any potential offer I make if anyone can help.

Depending on many many factors but a few thousand certainly. £3-5k.
