Hi. Sure it’s a simple question but... what size screw do you use for joining 18mm to 18mm mdf? All of the kreg guides only mention 19mm. Their chart states 25mm screw for 16mm wood and 32mm for 19mm wood. Also the trend equivalent jig only seems to sell 30mm screws. No other length. How comes?

    Cheers

18/19mm is equivalent to 3/4 of an inch, which being imperial measurements that the Americans use, and that Kreg is American made, the 30/32mm screw should suffice.

I find, I need to usually reduce the Kreg drill bit guide by one or two mill to stop the screws protruding through the other side of the timber.
