We have an existing brick paving patio which we want to replace with an artificial lawn, and have a number of options for laying it

    - lift up all bricks and dig out existing sharp sand + sub base and replace with new to lay artifical grass

    - lift up bricks and use existing sharp sand + sub base (levelling out where needed) and lay artificial lawn on this

    - lay lawn on the bricks directly (some of the bricks are uneven now so I'm not sure this would be a good approach)

Would welcome thoughts on these options/any other suggestions.
