    Hi All

I’m a mechanical fitter by trade, apprentice trained in power industry but now work as a wind turbine technician mostly electrical work now with some mechanical work. I’ve renovated a property and pretty handy DIY wise but not one to mess with stuff that should be left to the professionals unlike some people lol.

I have a lot of weekends free now where I could easily do odd bits of work (i get bored doing nothing), i’ve thought about perhaps going and doing my electrical quals but don’t like the looks of the rush courses that get promoted a lot. I understand the value of a good apprenticeship!

One thing that i have thought is a plumbing course, there’s lots of odd small jobs or emergency’s that other people may find too small of jobs.

Can anyone shed a light or any opinions, they would be greatly valued.

    Cheers
