Locking threads?

If a thread is locked should it be removed rather than locked? You can still view it but not comment. Just seems a bit counter productive to me. (Asking for a friend)

Apparantly Just Talk isn't for banter and fun, however it is completely acceptable to allow threads from the year dot to be hauled up again.

Strange old world :mad::mad::mad:

OH I see all of the Super members are now going to jump in here and rub it in. I dream about becoming a Super Member but it really is a closed shop to the lucky few

I didn't see him post anything to warrant it.

Nice to live in a land of free speech rather than one of those other countries. :mad:
I am in a bit of disbelief to be honest, I still do not fully understand why this has happened on the just talk forum, says on it talk about anything from politics to the price of petrol. So talk about anything provided an admin thinks it is ok

Why is Indy sent to bornmuff and thread locked? Did he say something that was not considered woke?

My last post was around 23:30 and unless he posted something after that and it got deleted nothing I saw warranted it.

The thread had over 61k views which in my mind helped promote the site, but obviously admin think differently. Yes, a lot of it was rubbish, but it was harmless rubbish and banter that helped me get out of my daytime issues.

I really am very disillusioned and hacked off with the way admin have viewed this.

OMG I didn't see it as rubbish? Most of it was my real life experiences
