    Hello,

2 weeks ago I laid a sand and cement screed at 75mm thick. On the whole it is okay however there is one corner section where the screed is noticeably higher by 15mm.

is there a way I was grind/sand this down without having to take up the whole floor!

Any advice would be much appreciated!

A concrete grinding cup will take it down...eventually!! Messy and time consuming . Connect a take off vacuum to the grinder if possible and or take other steps to manage the dust... there will be lots!
If you are planning a skim of slc then criss Cross cutting with a grinding disc and then chisel off with a sharp cold chisel will remove it also.
