Having laid tongue and groove sheets down in preparation for glue down LVT, the joins are quite tight, but do I need to do anything over joints like a filler of some sort?

If the answer is yes, what do I need?

Secondly, looking at BAL F44 adhesive but looking on the net there is an F46 which is pressure sensitive. Any recommendations on choosing?

I’m a competent wood floor fitter (DIY) having done dozens over the years, but have never done LVT or glue down. I’m a little apprehensive on how much glue to put down at the same time so it doesn’t go off too quick. Any tips appreciated. The room is only around 15sq/m
