(Manco) cylynder hot water heater

my electrical hot water heater is on but not heating up ..the hot water it is a manco clynder sytem. the last time this happen the engineer simply switch back on the cut out switch, but i have no idea where this is located an i have searched and still cant locate this device. Any help  is appreciated

I'm guessing for the first time, hot water cylinder, immersion heater in cylinder, immersion heater has a safety cut out, remove cover of immersion heater an look for a small reset button, SWITCH OFF ALL BEFORE YOU TRY
