i've just cooked me tea, now am going to eat it yummm bacon scollops..... recipy peel and slice 2 large potatoes into scollops, peel 1 large onion and slice (not chop) into rings, then make layers, onion, potato bacon, onion, potato, bacon, into a oven dish, bake for 1 hour at gas mark full, then take off lid and bake for 10 mins to crisp the top bacon, serve while hot with choose of veg, yum yum,

I just had a nice tea ... A Ribeye steak , rare ...blood still ozzing Jersey new potatoes Brocolli an baby carrots not forgetting the bisto gravy with juice from steak ... an washing it down with some cans now !!
