    Can anyone help please
I am trying to mitre worktops and whatever side of the jig I use I am getting a radius cut on the female and a non radius on the male
I have tried keeping the guide bush tight to both side of the jig and still I get the same outcome
I cut the female face side up and the male face side down
Am I missing something obvious please it’s driving me crazy

Sounds like you are not putting the pegs in the jig for the male cut. What jig are you actually using ?

It’s a howdens jig and it’s clearly marked male and female

When cutting the male have you got both pegs in the 2 holes that will be just to the right of the tip of the run in side of the male cut ?

Have you flipped the jig face down to do the male cuts?

I can't understand how you could have done it wrong ? Have you got any pics of the jig in place ? or the jig itself ?

Should have cut the female and then laid the piece you wanted the male on on top and marked a line on underside then you could of set up jig and router checking the router would follow the line this would of eliminated user or jig error
