    Hi all.
If I lay a layer of plywood on top of this is this suitable for a bathroom? It will have a shower and a bath in the room. The main floor will be vinyl.

I have had this down in a bathroom with shower without the plywood for 20 years no problems at all.

Should not be a problem, but if you plan on tiling the floor line it with a tile backer board.

My bathroom has vinyl on the floor, I'm not a fan of tiled floors because I've had the pleasure of taking countless up to fix leaks and it breaks me everytime I do it. The worst was a leaking waste pipe which ran through joists through the entire length of the room. They had done it properly as well......backer board, tanked and tiled using top quality cement.....
