Moving kitchen sink, question about water pipe fall and exit point

I am planning to change the layout of my small kitchen from a U shape, to a two sides galley with two straight runs in each side.

The sink currently sits under the window at the end of the room in the U which I wish to get rid of. I’d like to move it to sit on the interior wall of the room.

ideally I’d like to run the waste pipe from the sink, behind the unit next to it to the window wall, and then along the window wall under the plinth height so that I can not need to put a service void beside the cupboards opposite.

The waste currently exits the wall 24cm above the indoor floor level and goes straight down into the external drain. In order to manage the pipe under the plinth level it would need to exit the wall 3cm above the indoor floor level and down into the external drain.

I have done some drawings, the yellow shows the pipe run as I’d prefer, which involves a steeper incline along the internal wall before a 90deg turn and then a 1:40 gradient along the window wall to the exit point. Will this be ok?
(The pink shoes the backup pipe run which I’d rather not have to use as that would mean needing a service void beside the cupboards opposite the sink.

The photo shows the outside drain with the internal floor level marked in red.
