My boiler copper pipes are 15ml. Can I get a modern boiler to fit these?

Just to clarify for the benefit of other DIYers types - there are 15mm gas supply boilers, but not combis, especially 35Kw ones. If the water performance of the existing boiler is good, then there has to be some 22mm hidden away.

How good is your hot water, currently?

It's pretty good. Blasting out. Makes me think there has to be 22mm in there somewhere.

Flue duct front assembly part no 0020020718

    about 25 to 30 quid

I really can’t see the point of spending nearly 5000 quid to replace a working boiler because of a minor leak on a cheap part. Your service engineer will know this is cheap part and very likely an easy fit

Boiler is nearly 10yrs old. Like you said 'If it isn't broke why fix it?'.

So about £100+ to fit it plus labour & VAT?

Just clean it up and see where it is leaking from. Post up a close up pic. I suspect it is a moulding point in the plastic and a quick blob of fireproof silicone will fix it.

    definitely not a new boiler….

Good to get confirmation on here. This boiler business is not cheap!
