Allowed the little dictator in London and his followers in other cities fleece motorists with emission fees. He should have made it illegal as the vehicles met mot emission standards.

Boris and the Conservatives were not responsible for the whole of the ultra low emission zone, far from it. Boris proposed the ultra low emission zone in the congestion zone only, both of which I disagree with.
The little dictator brought in the ultra low emission to inner London and then extended it to greater London too.
Red ken as well as the congestion zone, brought in the low emission zone, Which Boris actually delayed the start of.

There should be no congestion or low emission zones at all. They are nothing to do with curtailing traffic or emissions, just another tax grab on the motorist.

The emissions in Wales must have really jumped lately, due to the dictatorial 20 mph zone that was undemocratically foisted on them recently.

No it is a fact, it was on news at 10. A school in Essex is placing cat litter in the toilets as they had a number of students identifying as cats.

There’s an easy way to fix that. Give them Whiskas cat food in the school canteen for lunch and then see how long it lasts.
