Hi new to the forum, hope this is the right place for my question.
Recently had a new roof on an extension, fiberglass and glass panels. When the interior was plastered, wooden beams were used, these were then plastered boarded, then skimmed. The question I have is the fact that the wooden beams were damp. I am worried I'll have problems in the future or will the beams just dry out naturally or will the plaster keep the moisture in leading to dry rot
