New Greenstar fitted

Gents, I've just had my new Greenstar 30CDi fitted (looks great)However.....one thing i'm not sure of.

If the CH is running (Green LED on) and I turn on the tap for DHW (Green LED still on) get my bowl of hot water and turn the tap off the Green LED (and thus the boiler) goes off not to restart for several minutes. This happens every time the hot water is run. Is this normal or should I be worried?
 
I'm guessing it's because when on DHW, the boiler fires up to max power. When you then go back to CH, there will still be a reservoir of very hot water sitting in the boiler exchanger from the DHW firing and the boiler will shut off the burner until this has been shifted.
