These posts are done to death I know but I need help. Installed a basic vintage towel rad, similar to one that I had previously. Install went well. Turned the boiler off and filled the the system. Rad is full, no air but won’t heat up. Tails have no heat. Thermostatic valve is open. All other rads especially before and after the towel rad are hot. Help guys….please

Close every other rad off by its TRV ,or wheel head, don't touch their lockshield valves. Run heating see if towel rad heats. Is rad new or second hand ?
I assume system is vented ,not sealed / pressurised ?

Second hand. Almost identical to the old one that spring a leak. Just can’t figure out why the tail isn’t hot when the rads either side are hot. Vented system Valliant eco 300. So all rads down by their thermostatic valves?

Yes turn off every radiator by their TRV, except the towel rail, which needs both it's valves fully open.
